Yesterday was very tired I slept for 4 hours before waking up after I sale up I cycle to school ... It wat like WTH so early there was like no one at the bus stop when I rode through. After lunch , three was a trail triage I am still ok wif it wat makes me furious is the sir scold ans he say I was in com team yet did not know how to do TOC.. I must say I am in com team but I nvr really go inside the case to treat and in com training, I was a casualty during TOC . Wat I learn in TOC was wif 3 person and not 4 person zzz . During swimming lesson that time , it was so embarrassing because I was the only person who always gets leg cramp then the teacher was like y you always leg cramp then I did not know how to reply ... After the swimming, I think the cramp might be because I having cca until 5.
